9月在芝加哥APICS 2018大会上，世界各地供应链专业人士2千余人齐聚一堂，APICS的主席William Householder 以及CEO Abe Eshkenazi共同宣布ASCM协会的成立目的，合作联盟，合作伙伴等。

ASSOCIATION FOR SUPPLY CHAIN ANAEMENT (ASCM)供应链管理协会成立,宣布广东省采购与供应链协会（PSA）为其ASCM全球12个首要合作伙伴！！

首先我们回顾一下APICS的成长历程，见证具备完整的端到端供应链体系的覆盖能力的过程：

Ø 美国生产与库存管理协会American Production andInventory Control Society（APICS）协会成立于1957年， 61年的历史，是全球历史最悠久的供应链管理协会之一。这个协会最早专注的是传统供应链中的生产和库存管理领域的研究。

Ø APICS于2014年兼并了SCC国际供应链理事会（Supply Chain Council）

Ø 2015年兼并了AST&L美国运输与物流协会（American Society of Transportation and Logistics）。

Ø 2017年APICS 与广东省采购与供应链协会（PSA）联合开发基于SCOR模型的供应链评估工具并工具化。

Ø 2018年9月宣布ASCM 成立。

建立在APICS基础之上的新协会ASCM将会聚焦于企业供应链转型，供应链社会责任，供应链可持续性，科技进步带来的供应链变革，比如设备自动化，数字化，AI等， 专注与企业级的服务，而APICS 还是会专注于个人的供应链教育培训认证。

非常让人感到鼓舞的是ASCM是接受了来自比尔盖茨和梅林达盖茨基金会的赠款支持。通过支持基金，将增加妇女的教育和经济机会，鼓励家庭和社区更加健康，将有助于解决重大的公共卫生供应链挑战，并将协助制定和执行针对具体国家的计划，以提高直接影响供应链可靠性的当地供应链社区的成熟度。除了比尔盖茨梅琳达基金， ASCM 全球联盟包括英国皇家采购与供应学会(Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply)CIPS,德勤咨询，普华永道，埃森哲(Accenture)管理咨询。

大会也同期宣布ASCM的全球首要合作伙伴，广东省采购与供应链协会（PSA）很荣幸成为ASCM中国区的首要合作榜单上的成员。

ASLOG

ASLOG, the nonprofit French Association of Supply Chain and Logistics LLP, and ASCM are partnering on initiatives to expand the supply chain knowledge base of both the ASCM and ASLOG communities.

China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP)

CFLP is the oldest logistics organization in China, whose main mission is to promote the development of the logistics industry in China and boost the development of procurement business of the government and enterprises. ASCM and CFLP jointly created the first Chinese version of APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). In 2019, CPIM China Part 1 will be introduced to the Chinese market.

Demand Driven Institute (DDI)

DDI is considered a world leader within demand driven methods and approaches through education and training. ASCM and DDI are collaborating to offer the Demand Driven Planner (“DDP”), Demand Driven Leader (“DDL”), and Demand Driven Supply Chain Fundamentals (“DDF”) educational programs.
